Zen Mechanics’ new transmission places a global electronic form beside an explicit acknowledgement of Country. AkashicOMNI reads the meeting point—while refusing to convert acknowledgement into authority.

ARTIST’S LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Country enters the release notes.

Written, produced, and transmitted from the traditional land of the Arakwal people, the Minjungbal people, and the Widjabul people of the Bundjalung Nation.

Dedicated to the traditional custodians of the lands and waterways where I live, create and travel, and all Elders Past, Present, and Future.

Reading boundary: the acknowledgement locates the production and expresses respect. It does not, by itself, establish community authorship, endorsement, permission to reproduce protected knowledge, or the presence of a particular Bundjalung teaching in the music.

The animated currents, roots, breath and starlight are AkashicNET’s abstract interface metaphor—not Indigenous art, a cultural symbol, a scientific model or evidence of a spiritual mechanism.

DEEPER AKASHICOMNI READING

Four movements through the transmission

Ⅰ

From universe to relationship

“Cosmology” can mean a model of the universe, but the title’s second word resists a placeless universe. The pairing invites a relational question: not only what exists?, but how is existence held among land, water, ancestry, life and obligation? That is an AkashicOMNI interpretation of the title—not a claimed translation of Bundjalung knowledge.

Ⅱ

Mechanics inside the living field

The artist name and psy-trance form foreground engineered repetition. Yet repetition can feel less like a machine running alone than a field becoming perceptible: pulse, return, intensification and release. AkashicOMNI hears a productive tension between constructed circuitry and living rhythm without calling the music ceremonial or culturally Indigenous.

Ⅲ

Acknowledgement changes the listener

The release is not presented as if it emerged from nowhere. Naming Arakwal, Minjungbal and Widjabul peoples and the Bundjalung Nation makes location part of reception. The ethical movement is from consuming a universalised “tribal” atmosphere toward asking who holds Country, whose words are being used and what reciprocity should follow.

Ⅳ

Pachamama as one lens, not one name for all

Within AkashicOMNI, Pachamama can name an Andean relational lens through which Earth is encountered as living presence rather than inert resource. It is not Bundjalung terminology and cannot stand in for the distinct cosmologies of Aboriginal peoples. The bridge is comparative and poetic; the traditions remain distinct.

COMMUNITY FIELD NOTES

The wider Tribal Gathering trail

Posts in r/TribalGathering can extend this feature through encounters, talks, ceremonies and reflections shared by participants. They remain testimony and community memory: valuable in their own right, but not automatically evidence, cultural permission or an authorised account of another people’s knowledge.
